"Scents, light colours and countless reflections: these are the ties that bind this vintage to the Aeolian Islands. Noble, fertile and inaccessible lands: both arduous and lush at the same time." Mesmerising light, intense and mineral as the pumice from the volcano. This is a beautiful and truly mineral white.

Terroir: Sandy, volcanic soil rich in trace elements.

Vinification: The grapes are harvested in late August/early September and then pressed in a pneumatic press. No clarification of musts, only static decantation at 16°C, fermentation at about 20°C in steel tanks (Malvasia) and barriques at the 3rd or 4th stage (Carricante) with batonnage and aging on lees for about 6 months. The wine is decanted repeatedly to obtain natural clarification and then placed in bottles.

Tasting and pairing: Fruity with floral hints. Ideal acidity and harmonious taste. Nuances of freshly cut grass and nettle. Extremely elegant, pure and intense with a closure of hazelnut and moss. Very long and persistant - The “mineral” definition! Goes well with appetitizers, pastas or risotto or soup with light sauce or vegetables. Also perfect with all kind of fishes, even grilled.
