Maceration with submerged cap during 2 - 3 weeks at a temperature of 25°C in stainless steel tanks. Twelve months in French oak barrels. Not cold stabilized; there can therefore be tartaric precipitations.

Tasting notes

A wine for ageing that is characterized by astringent and ripe tannins; intense cherry colouring; intense aromas with predominance of blackberry and cassis, spicy notes and pepper. Definitely needs food: red meat, game, strong cheese.
