Vinification: Fermentation in steel tanks for at least 30 months. Native yeasts. No oak barrels. No filtering.

Tasting and pairing: Black, tar and treacle on the nose. The taste is round and fruity, almost sweet, but, as all Saperavi wines, racy and nervy. Perfect on its own for socialising, but also great with savoury dishes including game, lamb, beef, cheese and even chocolate. An all-rounder.
