Vinification: Skin maceration at cold temperatures during 4 days. Delicate pressing with basket press and fermentation at cool temperatures with selected yeast. 

Tasting and pairing: This is a young, lively and fruity wine, with an intense purple colour. It has a strong nose with hints of fresh fruit and floral scent of violet. On the palate it is long lasting, fresh with hints of blackberry. Pairs well with cured meats and cheeses, red meat dishes and tapas.
