Delivery & Returns



Prices on delivery costs are given inclusive of VAT. We deliver throughout the UK except for BFPO addresses or addresses without a postcode.

UK MAINLAND incl. SCOTTISH LOWLANDS - Free for one case or more

ISLE OF WIGHT - A flat fee of £5 applies, or you can pick up the wine yourself at our outlet 35 Ashey Road, Ryde PO33 2UT, week days 10:00 - 17:00 for no extra cost. Please call first on 07391 103310.

SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS - £ 50 for one case, £70 for 2 or more cases

NORTHERN ISLANDS - £ 140 for 1-3 cases, £160 for 4 or more cases



We offer a full refund to all customers if goods turn out to be faulty or different from those ordered.

Please check the condition of the goods on delivery and record any breakages on the courier's delivery note.

Any faulty wines must be reported and returned to our business address within one calendar month of the date of sale to be evaluated for refund correctly.

Upon receipt of the items we will contact you within three working days to arrange refund or exchange (all refunds will be re-credited to the purchasing credit / debit card account - including any additional postage charges incurred).

If you want to simply cancel an order, you have 7 days from the date of receiving the wine to return it to our business address. Goods must be unopened and undamaged and shipped at the customer's expense. We will then refund you for the cost of the wine within 7 days of us receiving the goods. The wine should be returned to our business address on the Isle of Wight.
