Vinification

Maceration and fermentation for 10 - 18 days at 25 ° C in stainless steel tanks. Once the wine has been drained, the most appropriate blend is chosen and kept in aging during 9 months in American and French oak barrels of 225 liter to the desired fineness.

 Tasting notes

Ripe cherry colour. Powerful aromas of wild berries with spicy hints (cocoa, red pepper) and toasted notes from the barrel. Ample in the mouth, balanced and with an initial astringency that softens.
